Business Situation Analysis
Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Navarra. MBA and IFP by the IESE Business School. Holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and Diploma in Marketing from the American Management Association.
He teaches at the IESE Business School on Business Situations Analysis, both in the Executive MBA Program and in Executive Improvement Programs. In addition, he is also a professor of the same course at ISEM Fashion Business School.
With over 25 years of executive professional experience in multinationals from 22 European and American countries. He has worked for the first global company of mass consumer products (Philip Morris) in Switzerland with responsibility for Human Resources on fifteen countries of the European Union in processes of acquisition of companies, development of new functions, and cultural and business changes. He was President of a European Forum of which the European Human Resources Directors were part of the 20 first world companies present in Europe.
He has led – as an assistant to the President of the Area and first head of Human Resources – the integration of Nabisco in Kraft General Foods in South America (Andean Area), creating one of the first global food companies, with launch on the New York Stock Exchange under the name of Kraft Foods. Previously he worked in the M & A area as Director of that area in Spain of Banco Francés, Crédit Commercial de France (CCF).
Previously, he was Managing Partner in a Venture Capital company (Keystone Group and Keystone Investment) developed together with industrial and financial partners, in processes involving participation, restructuring, purchase and sale of companies, etc.
His professional career is focused in the area of Strategic Consulting and Human Resources – as a Consultant and later Director – of Hay Group, having advised more than 50 companies and organizations (from the Ministries of Finance and Foreign Affairs, to service companies, production and high technology).
He is currently a Managing Director of Inaltia Partners, a consulting and advisory company for the first managerial levels in change processes, with impact on business and people.
