María Luisa Garayalde
María Luisa holds a PhD in Finance from the Complutense University of Madrid. Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and MBA from the IESE Business School.
Garayalde is a professor of Financial Management at ISEM Fashion Business School as well as Master’s programs in Business Law, Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and Master’s Degree in Access to Law from the University of Navarra. She is also a finance professor at Icade Business School of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid. She collaborates as a guest professor with the Foundation for Financial Studies (FEF) and in the Audit Master of the Complutense University.
Parallel to her teaching work, she works as an independent consultant in company valuations and advises in the taking of business shares. She started her professional career as a financial analyst in the stock market analysis department of Banco Santander de Negocios. Later, she was Director of Analysis of MG Valores, the Stock Exchange of the Metallgesellschaft Group in Madrid.
For five years, she was a researcher at the International Financial Research Center of the IESE Business School.
