Silvia Pérez Bou
Silvia Pérez Bou is a Lecturer in the Department of Theory, Projects and Urbanism of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra. She is an Architect, holds a Master’s degree in Transport, Territory and Urbanism and an International PhD in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from Universitat Politècnica de València. She currently teaches at the Design Degree of the School of Architecture, and at ISEM Fashion Business School’s different programs (FBA, Fashion Right, and Fashion and Creativity Management). She has been a guest professor in Master RERU, Rehabilitación de Edificios y Regeneración Urbana from Universitat Politécnica de València.
Her main areas of interest are sustainability and circularity, related to both, design and fashion, thinking of committing students and practitioners in the co-responsibility production and consumption. She also has worked these aspects in urban planning and architecture. She has done research stays in Institut für Lebesnmittel und Ressourcenökonomik of the University of Bonn and in Institut Français de la Mode (Paris).
Previously, she was managing her own architecture studio focused in interior design, and working in consultancy projects.
