Guido Stein is Professor of the Department of Managing People in Organizations and Director of the Negotiation Unit at IESE Business School. At ISEM Fashion Business School he teaches the subject of Negotiation.
He is also a partner of Inicia Corporate, an M&A and Corporate Finance company, and a consultant to companies in various sectors. He is a member of the International Academy of Management and of the International Advisory Board MCC (Budapest), as well as a contributor to the People and Strategy Journal, Corporate Ownership & Control, Harvard Deusto Business Review, European Business Review and Expansión.
He has published books such as “Managing People and Organizations: Peter Drucker’s Legacy. Now What? Leadership and Taking Charge”, “Leaders and Millennials: A Meeting Point of Generations” and is currently working on “Ambidextrous Negotiator” with Kandarp Mehta. His work in Spanish includes titles such as “CEO: Carrera y Sucesión. Escalando la cima”, “The Art of Governing according to Peter Drucker” (third edition), “Leading People: The Maturity of Talent” (fourth edition), and “Líderes y Millennials” (second edition), among others.
Guido Stein is the author of more than sixty cases and numerous technical notes. His current research focuses on value creation and conflict resolution through negotiation, millennial and postmillennial leadership, the impact of digitalization on leadership and negotiation.
Professor Stein created the first MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) in Spanish in Coursera, “Leading People”, which has a total of 43,000 followers to date.
